Agent Offer Submittal Process
The following outlines the process for placing an offer electronically through GetMovin Realty.

Register your buyer’s information. (If there are two buyers, please fill out both forms, their info is also required for the Purchase Agreement, Lead Base Paint, and Sellers Disclosure, once an offer is accepted). An email address is also required for both Clients for the sole purpose of emailing the required documents (PA, LBP, SDS) for electronic signatures. Clients emails are ONLY used for this purpose.

Once you and your clients are registered, click on “Search for a Home” on the homepage and locate the property you would like to place an offer on.

Click to enter the property, next click on the “Submit Offer” button. Note: You may see all the additional documents in the “Listing Documents” section just to the right of the “Submit Offer” button.

Once you have entered the offer screen, you must fill out the applicable fields for your offer. Note: GetMovin Realty is a fully transparent offer system for both buyers/sellers and agents. DO NOT put any client information or escalation clauses in the offer as other buyers and agents will be able to view them once submitted. At the time you submit the offer, if another offer has been placed, you will be able to view the other offers. Others that have placed an offer will be able to view the offer you just placed.

When another new offer has been submitted you will be notified via email. You may view that offer and edit yours if you so choose.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR OWN PA. After filling out the offer you will be able to preview the GetMovin PA at that time. If you need to change something you may do so after submitting the offer.

As offers come in the Seller may accept an offer at any time. Once the seller accepts an offer the system will gather all of the offer information and place it on the GetMovin PA. The system will then email the buyers for their signature on the PA, LBP, and SDS.

Finally, once the buyers and agent have signed, the system will send an email to the seller for their signatures finalizing the transaction.
